How we pick which shops to show

Shops appear after the verdict, ranked on stock, price and freshness. Commission is not a ranking input.

Offer follows recommendation. The decision code is forbidden from referencing merchants, commission or affiliate classes; a test fails the build if that boundary is crossed. A second test mutates merchant notes that mention commission and asserts the ranked outcomes do not move.

When a programme is joined, listings come from a licensed Awin feed. Unmatched rows go to an admin queue rather than being guessed. Until programmes are accepted, product templates omit the offers block. There is no empty deals hub in the navigation.

Click-out is a same-origin redirect. The destination never appears in the page or the JSON. Disclosure travels in the same payload as the offers, and also in the footer of every page.
