A figure looks wrong

This is the message we most want. Every published figure carries its source and the date it was last checked, so if what you can see at the source does not match what we print, one of us is out of date and it is probably us.

Send the page and what you believe the right figure is. A correction is more useful to us than being right about everything else.

Data protection

Requests to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you go to the same address, and we will answer within a month at no cost. Our privacy policy lists the rest of your rights and how to complain if we get it wrong.

Retailers, repairers and affiliate networks

We are interested in accurate product data and in showing prices from shops that publish them. Two things are worth knowing before you write.

• Placement is not for sale. Commission cannot influence a recommendation or a score — that is enforced in the code and tested in our build, not offered as a reassurance. How we make money sets out exactly how.
• We are glad to be checked. If we have published something about your products that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it and record the correction.
